17 Mar presentation update
Well the Dental Assistants Professional Association meeting at the Glasshouse in Port Macquarie went well on Saturday and me presentation seems to be well received. There were many positive comments and a lot of people asking me to go talk to their dentist so he would work with them like our team. A fun day and my team enjoyed (I think) seeing me present. I go away and present so often but they don’t get to see what it is that I do when I am lecturing.
I will be going down to Melbourne for the Federal ADA congress in early March. Not only will I get to attend the lectures I get to interview the lecturers from all over the world (as well as Australia) for Dental Files, a CD which is distributed every two months to the 14,000 dentists in the ADA around Australia. It has been a learning curve for me and i have learnt that I have a face for radio!! My voice seems to be something that Australian dentists like to hear. I am lucky to have the opportunity to spend one on one time with the greatest minds in dentistry in the world when they come here however don’t expect to see me on television any time soon.
